If you’re looking to progress or want to start an apprenticeship but don’t have the English or maths grades you need, we can help.

HED have an exciting new offer to support all Primary Care staff to achieve Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths. These are designed for anyone who doesn’t have a GCSE grade C/4 or above. Functional Skills are recognised qualifications and can open up progression opportunities including apprenticeships and higher education.

We can offer an online support programme through BKSB, which tells you the level you are working at and the areas you need to work on to get your qualifications. There’s no time limit for how long you have to achieve and we can create a plan so that you can work at your own pace. When you are ready we will also book your exams.
