Schools/ Colleges

If you have students looking for a career in Primary Care, we want to hear from you. We are working with local secondary schools, sixth forms and colleges to highlight general practice as a career choice. You’ll find different roles within general practice on our website Roles in General Practice :: Health Education Derbyshire but we can also support your curriculum and events for students.

Click here to view our schools offer and find out about how we can support your students.

They certainly got something from the session as afterwards they spent quite a bit of time discussing the roles and what they might like to do and even the preconceptions in society of the role of men in what has been traditionally thought of as women’s roles.”

Caroline Houldsworth, Teacher at UTC Derby.
