Black History Month recognises, rewards and celebrates the contribution made to our society over many years by the Black, African and Caribbean communities. During Black History Month we remember and celebrate the important people from the past and also those who contribute and to and help our society today.
As we look forward to celebrating Black History Month this October, with the theme 'Proud to Be' we are looking for volunteers from Black, African and Caribbean backgrounds from across Derby Primary Care to help share ideas to create a campaign that helps to share, celebrate and recognise the accomplishments more locally.
As part of our events, we are also looking to create and share role profiles of the achievements of Derby Primary Care colleagues from Black, African and Caribbean backgrounds, so please get in touch if you would like to take part.
